Where we deliver

We deliver to serviceable pin codes across India. You can check at checkout by entering your delivery address.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and shown to you before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

We pack and dispatch orders on working days. Delivery time depends on your pin code, and most orders arrive within 7 working days of dispatch. Remote areas can take longer.

Occasionally, weather, public holidays or courier disruptions cause delays. If your order is held up, we'll let you know.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also see your order status by logging in to your account.

Your delivery address

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. The courier may need to call you to deliver. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because nobody was available to receive it after repeated attempts, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. A further delivery charge may apply.

Damaged or leaking parcels

We pack every bottle to travel safely. If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, see our Refund & Returns Policy: tell us within 48 hours with photos and we'll put it right.
